    1950s Gibson PB-250 Banjo neck.
    I love bow tie era Gibson banjos and I wish I had a use for this thing besides EBay content, but hopefully some of you will know just what to do with it. So it’s a mahogany plectrum scale neck with a serial number that best I can tell indicates manufacture in 1954 or 1955. There is almost zero fret wear. The main issue with it is evidence of an old repaired heel crack, which was subsequently over sprayed. One tuner bushing is missing.
