    This is a Greg Rich Custom Shop Gibson RB4 Bella Voce Banjo.  This has been inspected and set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.

    Description
    This is an RB4 that was made during the Rich era with Gold Plated and Engraved Hardware and a Bella Voce inlay pattern.  This banjo also has an original Kulesh AFP CRYOGENIC Tone Ring which is an insanely hard part to find, very special and very rare.  This banjo is stunning and truly one of a kind!
    This has a 3 ply hard rock maple shell with a walnut neck and resonator.  The fretboard is rosewood and features a gorgeous Bella Voce inlay pattern.  The headstock also has Bella Voce inlay and really stands out.  Some of the pearl on the headstock is amber pearl which looks even better.  The hardware is gold and engraved also with Bella Voce engraving.  The armrest and tailpiece are engraved as well and this is a true work of art.
    There are not many Greg Rich era Custom Shop Banjos out there and this is a superb example of one.  This is all original and includes a Lifton Hardshell Case.
    Condition
    This is in superb condition and has been cleaned at the Banjo Warehouse.  The only wear I can find is some light wear in the gold on the armrest and some fretwear.  This banjo was clearly lightly used and very well taken care of.  The gold has all been shined and looks fantastic and all of the wood has been waxed to a shine as well.  The fretboard has been cleaned and oiled and there are spikes at frets 7 and 9.  This is in great shape and the high end deluxe Lifton case is also super clean.
    Set Up
    This has been set up at the Banjo Warehouse.  This has a new Remo frosted head which is set to 90.  The bridge is a Scorpion Bridge and the intonation is set.  The strings are new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings and the action is set really well.  This banjo is popping and really plays and sounds just as good as it looks!!!
