This is a Gorgeous Stelling Master's Cross Banjo.  The Banjo has been inspected and set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta Georgia.

Description
Geoff Stelling has made some of the finest instruments in the history of music.  This is absolutely an example of a top quality Stelling Banjo.  Geoff was inducted into the American Banjo Museum Hall of Fame last year and is no longer building banjos.  This has caused a lot of heat on Stelling Banjos, they have gotten nearly impossible to find and we are doing everything we can to keep them in stock.
This has a walnut neck and resonator with white binding and purfling on each side.  There is also a purfling ring on the back of the resonator along with a wood cross inlaid on the back of the resonator.  This has an ebony fretboard with a very high end inlay pattern that goes to the headstock.  The headstock is stunning and includes an abalone truss rod cover.
All of the hardware is nickel and original.  This includes an original Stelling One Piece Ribbon Flange and a Stelling No Hole Tone Ring.  This is all original and also includes the original hardshell case.
Condition
The banjo is definitely in great shape and has been professionally cleaned at the Banjo Warehouse.  The hardware has been disassembled and buffed to a really nice shine.  The wood h as been waxed and also glows.  The fretboard has been cleaned and oiled and the frets look basically new.  There are spikes at frets 7,8,9, and 10.  The original case is also super clean.  This banjo is nearly a 10 and I almost never make claims like that.
Set Up
This has been set up at the Banjo Warehouse.  The head is an original Stelling frosted head which is set to 90.  The bridge is a Stelling Bridge.  The strings are new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings and this plays GREAT!!  Not only is this a top quality and super clean banjo it is set up for maximum performance.
