Finely-crafted antique closed-back Banjolin (circa 1931). FREE SHIPPING.
Built heavily on the "banjo-side" of Banjolins. Closed back with unique decorative design. Original banjo head. Bound fretboard.  Rosewood board. Inlaid sides. Mother-of-pearl maker's mark on headstock. Approx 6lbs and solidly built. Fingernail divoting on some of the first five fret positions (which I find charming). The neck is completely straight but tilted.  High action could be corrected by removing back and unbolting neck, then shimming.  I am not a luthier and have not removed the back to make this adjustment; caveat emptor. The instrument has a beautiful tone and is loud and punchy. So, thanks for checking out this wonderful antique banjolin. - Chris
