Lange? 11” Banjo Rim

Lange? 11” Banjo Rim.
Pretty sure this is a Lange product but if anyone can convince me otherwise, I’d welcome the input. This one needs some love but it has plenty of potential to sound like a banjo again. Rim is made of maple plys and has a metal hoop for a tone ring. Obviously it needs a new head, but the biggest issue I can find is that the interior ply as well as the pieces of the rim cap are separating. I have done my best to document these issues in the photos. It’s also missing one nut and three washers for the screws that hold in the shoes.
