Old Tenor Epiphone Mayfair Banjo Elton Parts or Restore

Up for your consideration is an old Epiphone Mayfair Banjo. It is in semi-rough condition as shown, The drum head needs replaced as shown . There are a couple of brackets that are loose and need reattached. Some roughness on the finish.
The case is bad and coming apart on the bottom. Felt inside is pretty well worn. The case will be taped up and used to ship the banjo(placed in box also).
Stamped Elton on the one part as pictured. If I counted correctly I believe it is a 19 fret banjo.
This is probably prewar and I would think it would look great restored and probably sound very good. Any information you would like to pass on to me would be appreciated.
As you can tell I know almost nothing about banjos but will try to answer any questions you may have. I have no idea on actual value.
