    (porcelain-like) finish
    with nickel/silver
    highlights  over brass or
    copper base metal on
    this hat pin.
    Pins are 35+ years old,
    but have
    been in circulation, so
    like new.
    These pins are truly
    "works of art."
    Blue is much brighter
    in photo than
    actual pin, which is
    more of a navy
    blue, almost black
    unless in bright
    sunlight.
