    Description

This is a 1" button bearing the emblem of the United Farm Workers, a union founded in 1962 that represents farmer workers (including migrant farm workers). the UFW, led by its most prominent member Cesar Chavez, is more of a social justice organization formed to stop the use of sharecropping and human rights abuses of California farm workers. racism and ethnic biases against Latinos and Native Americans spurred ire from the American public, and wealthy industrial farmers used violence and other types of oppression in an attempt to stop UFW from formation. UFW has been victorious in its 50 years of existence time and time again in winning rights and freedoms for the workers of one of the cruelest industries in America.
Made in the USA...and all parts are made in the USA. machines used in production are made in USA. Fair trade. 1" in diameter and brand new.
NOTE: If you are a member of ANY Communist or Socialist Party worldwide....let me know, and i will double your button order for free!!!!
