Vintage Kay Banjo 5 string open back wood metal Probably 1950/60

Description

Vintage Kay 5 string banjo.  Open back.  Wood and metal.  40" tall and 14" wide.  No strings.  I do not know much about banjos but love to listen to banjo music.  This Kay banjo appears to be in very good condition - no cracks no breaks, all pegs present and in good condition.  Please view photos.  The original owner name is on ghe side (see photo) made with one of thsoe label makers.  Can easily be taken off.  Since I do not know much about this banjo I did not clean it or do anything to it.  This was owned by a woman in New York State who moved to Washington D.C.
