Vintage Washburn Banjo Mandolin

Description

Vintage Washburn Banjo Mandolin.  I'm selling an old Washburn Banjo Mandolin with a very elaborate tone ring (refer to the photos).  There are two numbers on the rim stick --  the first is "640" and the second is "9189" (see photos).  The tuners are all operating well and the string action is about right.  The instrument plays well.  I've owned the instrument for years but find that my go-to instrument is the guitar.  It's time to pass this vintage instrument on to someone who will play it regularly.
The banjo mandolin comes with the original case.  Unfortunately,  unlike the banjo itself, the case is showing its age.  See, in particular, the photo showing the back of the case.  The canvas-like material covering the case is heavily worn.  Also, one of the small white pearloid fret markers on the side of the fingerboard is missing (see photo).
What appears to be the original antique banjo tuning wrench is included in the sale.
